Behind HEIC to PNG Pro is a passionate independent web developer with a strong focus on building practical, blazing-fast tools that respect user privacy above all else.

The idea for this tool was born from personal frustration — sharing iPhone photos with friends and colleagues on Windows machines, only to be met with "I can't open this file." Rather than relying on sluggish, upload-and-wait cloud converters that handle sensitive personal images, the author set out to build a converter that runs 100% inside the browser, with zero server storage.

Built entirely with Native PHP, Bootstrap 5, vanilla JavaScript, and WebAssembly decoders, the tool is engineered for speed, privacy, and SEO performance — the three pillars of a great web utility.
